Well Worth Five Minutes

I have wanted to learn how to make bread. So a few months ago I got the book "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". It has been fun making bread and trying the different recipes. Last Saturday I mixed up a brioche dough and made beignets on Sunday morning. They were pretty good. I still had enough dough for a loaf of bread and the book had a recipe for 'brioche filled with chocolate ganache'. I didn't want to mess with making a ganache and knowing how we love Nutella I decided a substitution would be so much easier. Very yummy!
