There is this unbelievable excitement when a woman finds out she is going to have a baby…
And then the waiting begins…
And more waiting…
And finally that date that you have been waiting for comes…
And goes…
I know that feeling. My first baby was a week overdue and then I had to endure 3 days of labor. At some point I realized that baby wasn’t ever going to be born…
But he was…
And it was worth the wait…
And now the waiting is for this little girl…
Her due date has come and gone…
And we are still waiting…
I think Kira might be at the point of thinking this baby will never get here…
But she will…
I just hope she doesn’t keep us waiting much longer…
Not only so her Mommy and Daddy can hold her in their arms…
But also so she is born before my flight up to see her comes and goes…
Because seriously…
It really is all about me…
