I love LaLa’s hair!
She has the most beautiful head of hair. And she has a ton of it.
Every morning when it came time to comb her hair there is yelling and tears and maybe a few bad words…and I was getting pretty frustrated myself!
So we decided it was time. And when I say we, I mean we. I made sure LaLa was ready.
So off to Snip-it’s we went.
Here is the first cut. I scared the poor lady to death after the first cut when I jokingly said I changed my mind.
She sat so still and quiet. Why can’t she sit like that when I am combing her hair?!?
We took just a few inches off.
It is so sad to see the poor hair just laying on the floor.
The girl that cut her hair did a great job.
TaDa…the new LaLa!
She absolutely loves it! This isn’t the first time we chopped her hair off…and it won’t be the last!
There might be a reason I like long hair on little girls…
because my Mom did!
With all of those sweet freckles on her nose she could wear her hair in a mohawk and she would still be adorable.
ReplyDeleteShe looks adorable and I even think she looks more like sister now. They're hair is about the same length isn't it.
ReplyDeleteI might have panicked for a minute watching her get it cut off, but I still remember the tangles I'd get in my hair and how it hurt to comb them out. She looks adorable.
ReplyDeleteShe looks absolutely adorable! I LOVE long hair, too (mine is waist-length)
ReplyDeleteShe is so cute.. Love the freckles. My Emily also has freckles.
ReplyDeleteWow! Just a few inches. haha. It looks adorable. They always sit better for someone else than for us, don't they?
ReplyDeleteLooks great. She's such a cutie, how could anything not look fabulous on her?
ReplyDeleteADORABLE! I love it!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I love the freckles across her nose. We call our youngest "LaLa." So fun to see another LaLa out there! She does have beautiful hair. My LaLa has none...yet.
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOSH!!!!
ReplyDeleteWHAT THE!!!!
it is really cute, but I will miss the nasking of teeth and your red eyes when it was done....
Does she like it?
