Look what came in the mail yesterday:
I haven't been able to find one of these anywhere, and I didn't plan ahead enough to pre-order one, but my sweet lovely sister found one at the Walmart in her tiny little town in Idaho. Did I mention that I really love my sister?!?
Ham is already getting a work-out.

Woo Hoo! Have you tried it yet. I still haven't been to the stupid gym. It's all the gyms fault- I know it!

I have been using it every day. I am feeling it a little. Not so sore that I don't want to exercise again, but the kind of sore that feels good and you know things are working that haven't been worked in a while!
