It was 3 years ago that Einstein was diagnosed with Celiac.
It’s be an interesting partial gluten-free journey for our family, but it’s all worth it to not have a kidlet feeling sick all the time.
And now that he is healthy and growing very rarely do I see him struggle with food choices.
