Apparently Mother Nature is feeling a bit schizophrenic this fall. Last week we were still at 110 degrees. This week? Not so much.
Yesterday we had a huge dust storm blow in and a little rain. Like 10 drops of little rain.
Today we have had rain, then sunny, then rain, then sunny, then lightening, then sunny. She just can’t make up her mind.
This afternoon it was looking like this.
Then a little while later this beauty showed up.
And I want you to know there was NOT a pot of gold on the freeway where the rainbow ended.
And a few minutes later we were in this mess.
Is this my exit?
Then the day ended like this…and this is only about 1 hour after the huge downpour.
Can’t wait to see what tomorrow will bring!
I kept turning my lights on in my house, then turning them off over and over today. Taylor wanted Five Guys for dinner, but I didn't feel like driving in it. Crazy. We're still waiting to see how late Luvpilot will be landing tonight.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is always exciting.
ReplyDeleteWoah! Stunning photos! And I sure hope one of the KIDS was snapping those rain shots from the freeway. I can't wait to show my own kids proof of the 'end of the rainbow'- that is amazing!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty...I know you were taking the pictures ... you silly girl.
ReplyDeleteLove the Arizona storms.
I can't believe you made it to the end of the rainbow. I've been working toward that my entire life.
