When it came time to pick a dessert for my birthday I decided on a recipe I saw on Bakerella. She has the most amazing blog with delicious desserts and luscious photography.
Big Daddy volunteered to make the dessert and wasn't at all intimidated by the recipe.
He went ahead and followed Bakerella's example and used a ganache instead of frosting (I did make the ganache for him...not that he couldn't have if he tried).
Don't you just want to dive right in?
It was so yummy and chocolatey...almost too chocolatey if that is possible.

Sounds YUMMY!!! Any leftovers ;-) I am glad Big D has improved his baking skills since we tried to make fry bread as teenagers.
