Menu Monday And Misc.

Now that things have settled down and we are back to a regular schedule I decided to get back to Menu Monday.

So here is what I have planned for the week:

• Monday - Homemade Macaroni and Cheese
• Tuesday - Las Cruces Burritos
• Wednesday - Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
• Thursday - I am waiting for my sister to pick what she wants for dinner because it is her birthday
• Friday - Pizza
• Saturday - Who knows?
• Sunday - Roast

That's right my sister is here -- yippee!

My Dad has us freaked out enough that my sister is here from Idaho and my brother came down from Utah. My brother went home yesterday, but my sister will be here for a few weeks.

Here we are together. The last time we were all together was at my oldest brother's funeral.
