SPT - What Was I Thinking?

This is my Surburban.
I love my Surburban. We bought it in April 2005 right before LaLa was born. We thought with 4 kids the mini-van just didn't cut it anymore. And now with 5 kids, 3 still in boosters or car seats, there aren't very many choices of vehicles for me to drive.
But for the sweet love of pete gas is sooo expensive.
To fill up this thing that I love it takes over $100.00!
Seriously - What Was I Thinking?

  5. Oh yeah, I hate when that little red light comes on and I hear the ding ding...you need fuel beep! UGH - I cringe as I watch my dollars being soaked up with gasoline! I'm private, but email me and I'll permission you...courtneymilius@hotmail.com

  6. Nothing aggrevates me more than paying for gas and paying the cable bill. You don't have a say in either one...they've got you by the tail!

  7. ouch!- That is a lot for 1 fill up!
It is hard for me to put the cash down on the counter and not have it fill up the tank, and then go back in and have to pay more!

  8. You were thinking . . . "Hmmmm.... maybe I'll need it for a real fun and exciting time just outside of Yuma! Where we can pile in as many as is illegal and play 'I Spy', listen (and smell) the boys fart in the back and laugh about it all . . . someday!" WE LOVE THE SUBURBAN! :) And, of course, really good friends!!

  9. Having a large family is just plain expensive, but I can't think of a better investment.

  10. Wow, I won't complain about filling my tank anymore. I love suburbans, but I'd never be able to fit one in my garage.
