Fat Butt Friday

I think for the next few Fridays I am just going to tell you what not to eat if you want to lose weight. Like this:

This is the dessert I made last night for Valentine's Day.

Super simple. It is just a brownie cut out with a heart shaped cookie cutter and I used the leftover Heath bits and chocolate and caramel syrup.

(Even eating stuff like this I did lose 1lb last week.)
