It’s one thing to get to spend your summer vacation somewhere different, like in a small town in Idaho.

And getting to do things that you usually don’t get to, like walking down country lanes.

But when you get to do all that and meet your new Best Friend Forever.

That’s got to be the best summer EVER!

This is Roo and LaLa and their new friend Whitney.

Whitney lives down the lane from my sister and is the same age as Roo. They have spent the short time we have been here becoming best friends. They have even included LaLa into the fun. LaLa asks every morning if they can go and play with Whitney.

Tonight Roo was talking about how sad she will be when we go home and she won’t be able to play with Whitney everyday.

Good thing we try to come and see Aunt Niece every summer so these new best friends can continue their friendship.
